1. General Terms

HERB Beauty Clinic provides professional beauty, skincare, and wellness services.

Our products and services are for personal use only and should not be resold or misused.

We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
By booking a service or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Service Bookings
a. Appointment Scheduling & Confirmation

Clients can book appointments via our website, phone, or in person.
-
A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message/email from us.
-
We advise clients to arrive 10 minutes early for their scheduled service.
-
If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled based on availability.
b. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must inform us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule.
-
Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may attract a cancellation fee of ₹500 or 20% of the service cost (whichever is lower).

No-shows without prior notice will forfeit any prepaid amount for the booking.
3. No Refund Policy for Services & Products
a. Services

Once a service has been availed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

If a client is dissatisfied with a service, they must inform the staff before leaving the clinic so that corrections can be made immediately.

Refunds are not provided for skin reactions or personal dissatisfaction after leaving the premises.
b. Products

All product sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.

Clients must check the product packaging and expiry date before purchasing.

If a product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, it must be reported within 24 hours for a possible replacement (subject to verification).

Used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
4. Payment Terms

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital payments.

Full payment is required before the service begins or at the time of product purchase.

We do not offer credit services or installment payments.
5. Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used before the expiration date.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be reissued.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
6. Client Responsibilities & Conduct
